When I first purchased the TV for our backyard we got it and absolutely loved it but then a couple weeks later it was on sale for less than what we paid. I reached out to Sylvox and they didn't hesitate to price match.

Then a few moths later I am having an issue with my remote and reach out to customer service and boom they without question are sending me a new remote!!!

I finally purchased an outdoor TV for my deck and I love it! I was going to go with 55��, but decided to get the 65�� and I'm so glad I did! It is perfect for my space! I also bought the outdoor soundbar, which I highly recommend. Sounds so much better outside than without one. I did try it both ways. I purchased the outdoor stand too, which is strong to hold up the heavy TV. The only thing I haven't bought yet is a cover for it. However, I am able to lift it up and roll it back in the house through my slider all by myself and I'm a 5' 5�� female. Can't wait to watch NFL games outside this fall by the fire!

This TV has worked great for us. We have it under a covered patio l. It's very sturdy and clearly made to withstand the elements. Picture is great. WiFi works great. No issues with it all. Sound is good enough at the moment but I don't have it connected to a soundbar or any other speakers which I will likely do in the spring. Customer service of theirs is very responsive on any questions issues or concerns.

I purchased this TV for my covered outdoor pool area. I wanted to be able to watch football in the fall and winter without having to worry about bringing a TV inside. I was happy with this TV for about 90 days and then the picture froze. I contacted the Sylvox support team via email and after going over some troubleshooting, they determined the TV was not working and was under warranty 100% and the next day I had a new TV on my front porch. I was able to replace the TV and take the old one down. I put the old one back in the box and they are going to pick it up tomorrow. It cost me nothing to have the TV replaced. The company and support staff did a great job in standing by their product and replacing it under warranty without any hassle. They really stood by the product. I currently have my new TV up and hanging ready to watch football without missing a single week. I am excited to continue watching outdoor television by my pool, even into the winter all the way up to the Super Bowl. As for the product itself, it is a great TV. I have it hanging in a semi bright sunlight area. The area where we have, it can be enclosed or open with screen or plastic curtains. The picture is great in full sunlight or at night in the dark. The sound also is great whether it is in stereo or Dolby, it provides a great surround sound effect. it also has a screen off function if you want to use it for Pandora or for Amazon music just to play music the sound is great and carries very far. I went with this TV because it seems to be the only one in the market that is fully outdoor and water proof. Although I do not have it hanging in an area where it would be affected by water or rain I can rest peacefully, knowing that even if there is a heavy storm, I do not have to worry about moisture. Given the quality of the TV so far and the excellent service provided by the warranty and support staff I would highly recommend this TV for anyone using a TV in a fully outside arena.

What an amazing addition to our patio. We are enjoying our new Outdoor Sylvox TV 65-inch Deck pro 2.0 partial sun ,soundbar + Rolling TV cart. Everything arrived in perfect condition, shipped quickly, picture and sound are great quality. Beyond happy with the purchase.

I purchased the 65-inch 2.0 Pro Pool Deck television. Upon delivery, I found that the television had sustained damage; however, this was not the fault of the company. I contacted Sylvox, and they promptly resolved the issue, providing me with a replacement television within one week.

Upon receiving the new television, I was impressed by the picture quality, even in the midst of a sunny day in South Florida, specifically Miami. The clarity was exceptional, exhibiting no glare. While the sound quality of the television is commendable, I opted to enhance the audio experience by adding a soundbar, which greatly enriched the overall performance.

I would like to express my gratitude to the team at Sylvox for their assistance. I highly recommend this product to anyone in search of an outdoor television.

We are enjoying our new Outdoor Sylvox 65 inch TV. The delivery got our TV here undamaged, set-up was relatively easy and now we are enjoying sports from the pool deck. Looking forward to what we hope to be a reliable entertainment investment for our backyard oasis.

We love our Sylvox outdoor television! We have enjoyed many evenings watching movies and football outside in our backyard. We had some trouble with the power button on our original purchase and customer service helped us diagnose the problem and then sent us a new tv very quickly and effortlessly.

I received my TV on June 19th - delivery time was average but it is a large heavy TV. When I installed it I was impressed with the picture quality - I hooked up an Amazon 4K firestick and it works great. I had no problem setting up my Wi-Fi network. The TV remote seems heavy duty and weather proof. The wall I mounted to on my uncovered patio is always in partial shade - so I turned down the brightness and the picture looks great. Due to the fact the speakers are protected and the sound comes from the bottom of the TV - I recommend getting a sound bar but if you don't have one right away the sound seems fine. I did use their customer service for a minor replacement part - they were fast to ship it out to me and it did not affect me hanging my TV to the wall mounts.
All in all - very good TV for the money - I recommend it!

After doing a lot of research about outdoor TVs, I chose Sylvox. I am so happy I did. I ordered one TV before measuring the spot. Then measured the space and found it would not fit. I contacted Sylvox right away. And Jason was in contact with me from start to finish.
And the TV is just terrific. Great picture and sound. And service has been the best.

Could not be happier with the company, customer service and product. First television received was damaged...after notifying them, they immediately had it picked up effortlessly and ordered a new one to be delivered. Had the set for a week and absolutely love it. I got the 65" deck pro (partial sun)...to my surprise, even in direct sunlight the television is still considerably bright.

My 65 inch outdoor tv arrived with the screen shattered. In less than a eeek I received a replacement TV and the damaged TV was sent back. The TV is amazing, fantastic picture, no glare and great sound. The price can not be beat. Highly recommend this product!
