I am writing this review because of the excellent experience I have had with Sylvox's Customer Service Department. When I first purchased the outdoor television on Amazon, the first tv I received had very poor sound quality - It made a loud humming noise. I exchanged the tv for the exact same model and experienced poor visual quality - the color was very dark and this television is designed to be used outdoors in partial sun. I contacted Sylvox customer service and explained the situation and that I was outside of the period that I could exchange through Amazon. After emailing a quick video showing the poor visual quality, Sylvox agreed to send me a shipping lable to return the television I had and in turn they sent me a new outdoor television (same model) This tv has definitely worked better than the other two that I received. More importantly, the customer service that I received was amazing and hassle free. I appreciate that the customer service team at Sylvox responded quickly to my issue.
bought this for our back covered deck. We have been outside watching movies, news, and favorite TV shows. We live near an airport so we have to pause what we are watching sometimes and wait for the plane to fly over, but the sound is great.
We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. Its been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didnt quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and its been great for movie nights! Even though its listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!! I was amazed at the picture quality of this TV. This is the first outdoor TV I have owned and I was pleasantly surprised at the difference between this an a regular TV. Some reviewers said that it needed external speakers but I haven't found that to be the case. The picture and sound exceeded my expectations!
