3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to:
· Limit or cancel quantities per customer, per household, or per order;

· Refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Payments must be completed at the time of purchase using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay). All prices are listed in Canada dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to regions listed on our Site. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or external factors.
Once an order is shipped, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, and include all accessories.
6. WARRANTY & PRODUCT SUPPORT
6.1 Limited Warranty
SylvoxTV outdoor TVs and accessories come with a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
· The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.
· Warranty coverage typically includes repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
· Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.
· Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, and environmental factors (such as lightning strikes, corrosion from chemicals, or water intrusion due to improper installation) are excluded from coverage.
6.2 Weatherproof & Outdoor Use
Sylvox outdoor TVs are designed for weather resistance, not total exposure to severe elements. To maintain coverage:
· Always install the product in accordance with the provided installation and safety guidelines.
· Avoid submersion or continuous water exposure.
· Use proper enclosures or mounting when required.
6.3 Warranty Claims
To file a claim:
1. Contact service.ca@sylvoxtv.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
2. We may request photos, serial numbers, or additional documentation.
3. Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping costs for returns under warranty may vary depending on the nature of the claim and applicable consumer protection laws.
6.4 Extended Support
We provide technical support and setup assistance for all registered customers. For out-of-warranty products, repair services and parts may be available for a fee.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, images, videos, product descriptions, and logos — is owned by or licensed to SylvoxTV and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
You may post product reviews and comments as long as they do not contain:
