🎁 Free Waterproof TV Cover for 50-55" TVs (Worth $89)

Let me just start out by saying, my last name is not Vanderbilt or Rockefeller. The cost of these tv's is above my typical purchase, and truthfully almost made me move to a cheaper product. But, after many hours of online shopping, visiting big box stores, and just re-reading and watching reviews, the Sylvox product (55" Deck Pro 2.0) was ultimately chosen.

We have recently gone through a deck renovation, and this was the product for me. I also purchased the recommended sound bar and wall mounting bracket and was offered the canvas TV (FREE) cover while finalizing my purchase. To say I am beyond happy is an understatement. My wife is even impressed with it. We have already used it several times in the evening after work. I can't wait for football season!

I did have heartburn with two items. The first is that when shipped, not all items come at the same time, in fact everything was delivered EXCEPT the TV originally, which caused a great deal of concern. After two more days, I emailed customer service and not only did they call me the next day, they spoke English, and actually seemed to care for my concern. They confirmed my shipment date and all was good.

When I first started looking to buy my TV, there was a 5% discount offered if I provided my email, which I did. Fast forward to the day I received my TV, I realized that I never was credited with the discount. So I once again called customer service, and to my surprise they didn't tell me to pound sand, or that it was too late, they actually asked me for my order number and gave me my discount. What a freaking company!!

Not only do they build a fantastic product, but they stand behind it. I can't say buy this product anymore than...........BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is as advertised, and you will not be disappointed.

It was a great bonus when purchasing the outdoor TV from Sylvox. It does the job of protecting the TV from the elements. Only wished that it was black rather than the tan. But thank you Sylvox!

The cover fits really good and is really heavy duty. It keeps out the elements of the weather very good.

Good customer Service in the purchasing phase. Purchased at full price, it went on sale two days later, Sylvox stepped up and gave me the value of difference with no delays or issue.

The picture is great and we are enjoying it under our gazebo by the pool. It was easy to set up and hope it lasts many years to come.

1) Picture quality is great.
2) The thumb screws are a nice design choice versus having to use a screwdriver to open the rear space to attach cables.
3) Unfortunately, the Sylvox mount we bought with the TV covers some of the rear thumb screws, so the only way to attach a new cable will be to loosen the mount off the TV in order to make enough space to access the thumb screws.
4) The top corner of the TV is showing a spot of orange rust already, which is concerning as the tv has only been mounted for about 2 weeks. I'm going to use some automotive black touchup paint to cover the rust before it spreads.

Overall, despite the flaws, we still like the TV.

Fits nice and seems durable. Only flaw is that it does not have extend to cover the soundbar if you have one attached.

Packaging was good. Assembly was easy. Mounted it to a ceiling hung retractable bracket without any issue (the leveling knobs were a great idea - kudos). Picture and sound are great. We can watch it from across a 30' patio with no issues. Connected to Google, YouTube TV, Disney+ and ESPN+ easily. We've had at least two severe rainstorms that have soaked the TV with no issues.

Bought the partial shade model. It is installed under a gazebo. I had used a regular TV for a couple of years and at times it was hard to see because of the glare, This TV is awesome, Super bright and virtually no glare. I can now lounge in the pool and still watch TV. Seems to be well built and well protected from the elements. I would recommend.

TV is fantastic! Easy set up and picture looks fantastic. Sturdy build and looks great on the open back porch.
Disappointing that YouTube TV is not an available app without a Roku.

We are very happy with the outdoor television. It was just installed three days ago. It has a very good picture and sound.

I spent months researching the outdoor TV I wanted that was the perfect balance of features and price, and I ultimately went with this model from Slyvox. It had all of the smart features I wanted through the LG webOS and brightness and QLED screen. I have had it for about 3 weeks now, and it has been the perfect addition to my outdoor space to watch football games with friends. Very pleased with this model so far!

TV has a great picture and decent sound. The only issue I have with the TV is its limited app availability. Not being able to download what you want is a real drawback.

Great TV, picture is great. The wall mount was a challenge. Some more detail instructions would be nice. I do have some question and emailed service. Did not get a response.

Picture is great in full sun. Wish the Roku could turn the tv on/off and control the volume. Too many remotes!
