65'' Deck Pro 2.0 Outdoor TV (Google TV)-2024 Model

We love our Sylvox outdoor television! We have enjoyed many evenings watching movies and football outside in our backyard. We had some trouble with the power button on our original purchase and customer service helped us diagnose the problem and then sent us a new tv very quickly and effortlessly.

I received my TV on June 19th - delivery time was average but it is a large heavy TV. When I installed it I was impressed with the picture quality - I hooked up an Amazon 4K firestick and it works great. I had no problem setting up my Wi-Fi network. The TV remote seems heavy duty and weather proof. The wall I mounted to on my uncovered patio is always in partial shade - so I turned down the brightness and the picture looks great. Due to the fact the speakers are protected and the sound comes from the bottom of the TV - I recommend getting a sound bar but if you don't have one right away the sound seems fine. I did use their customer service for a minor replacement part - they were fast to ship it out to me and it did not affect me hanging my TV to the wall mounts.
All in all - very good TV for the money - I recommend it!

This is an excellent outdoor TV for the price. The brightness provides a clear and vivid picture without glare even when there is direct sunlight. The internals are well protected from the elements by the metal exterior, and the power and ethernet wires extend from the bottom through foam, so nothing can get inside, even from the bottom.

The original TV arrived with a crack on the screen, but I was extremely satisfied with the customer support I received. Aimee was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Not only did she promptly arrange for a replacement to be shipped, but she also arranged for the damaged TV to be returned at no additional cost. You can't ask for better service.

We installed this by our pool and it is fantastic! So glad I found something that didn't need a cover over it. I do have it under a cabana, but previously the tv we had was in a box . Made it more difficult to see. This is so much better.

Had issues with power supply. Customer service communicated promptly and replaced the TV. Agent kept in contact properly and ensured replacement shipped and worked upon receipt. Highly recommend.
