Sound

After having it for one year the sound no longer works. The vendor gave me the option of a tv replacement or a soundbar. My husband didn't want to hassle with taking down the tv and waiting for another, so he chose the soundbar. Took a bit to figure out how to make connections work. After emailing the vendor, everything is connected and we have sound! We appreciate that the vendor took care of us!

Let's see i was little skeptical about Sylvox TVs never heard of them until I started looking at ratings. We have the TV installed with wall mount and surround sound bar outside which pumps out volume as much as the parent and the kids need. The whole family sits down on movie night and enjoys ever lasting moment outside. In turn will be a great addition for when we install the pool next year.
So far the TV been overseeded expections. No back ground shine and picture is crisp and clear Thank You Sylox maybe we will update in near future and it will only be a Sylox TV and sound Bar.

Great customer service

This was a Father’s Day gift for my husband and it worked great right out of the box.
We were only able to use it 2x before being out of town. While we were gone we had a few bad storms and 90+ degree weather. When we returned we noticed the tv would turn on then turn off. We contacted customer support through email and had a great experience. We exchanged a few emails and I sent a video of the tv. I was thrilled when they said they would be sending a replacement. We are looking forward to the arrival of the new tv and really being able to enjoy it.

Customer service is good

TV worked and looked great for the first few months. Then it started shutting down after 10-15 minutes of viewing.

I spoke with Customer service, they walked me through troubleshooting steps. But it still did not fix the issue.

After providing proof of purchase (for warranty info) they replaced it and sent return label for old One

New one has worked fine...it really completes m outdoor setting. Love it!
