Quality Picture and Service

We purchased this TV for our new outdoor space near our pool. It’s been a wonderful addition for pool days and nights. The biggest surprise for us is the picture quality during sunny afternoons! I recommend adding either a Bluetooth or wired speaker as the TV sound didn’t quite get loud enough. We use a Bluetooth Bose speaker and it’s been great for movie nights! Even though it’s listed as an outdoor rated TV, I strongly recommend purchasing an outdoor cover or some way to protect it in bad weather. After six months we had an issue with our first TV. They responded to our email within twenty four hours helping us solve the problem. I highly recommend this TV not only for the quality picture but for this companies exceptional customer service!!

Great outdoor TV...you won't regret this purchase

If you need an actual outdoor rated TV, this is a great value. It arrived with great packaging which was surprisingly easy to unbox. TV is very solid and has a very bright picture even for a partial sun model. NOTE: We have it in a covered screened in porch and it works great. No issues with heat/cold.

We did have a problem with the remote when it arrived, but Sylvox support was very responsive, quickly did some troubleshooting, and then immediately shipped out a replacement remote which paired and worked perfectly.

I would highly recommend it for the quality product and outstanding and responsive support which doesn't seem to be common anymore.

This TV is beyond incredible. I read many of the review's on what others had to say and this TV will not disappoint at all. This is beyond 5 stars.
Easy to set up as everyone stated. It is heavy but the way it is built is expected. This is probably the best TV I have bought in the last couple years and I’ve bought 6 in the past year for a new build home. Buy it!

I was very very impressed with how fast my package was delivered. Also I had a problem. My dog ate my remote for my soundbar. The company took really good care of me and got me a new one. I really like the product and I really like the customer service. I'd recommend them for everybody
