1. What Is Covered

Mechanical & Electronic Failures
- ① Includes screen malfunction, circuit failure, abnormal sound, caused by material defects, wear, temperature (-22°F to 122°F / -30°C to 50°C), dust, humidity, or salt spray.
- ② Examples: mainboard damage from water ingress (IP55), abnormal display after heat exposure.

Free Repair & Replacement
- ① Faulty parts (screen, power module, speakers, cables, etc.) repaired or replaced with original/equivalent parts.
- ② If repair isn’t possible, receive a new/refurbished replacement maintaining key specs like 4K resolution and brightness.

Service Fulfillment
- ① If repair/replacement isn’t available, Sylvox reimburses you via store credit, gift card, or cash (current retail or purchase price, whichever is higher).
- ② Reimbursed products become Sylvox property; replacements keep the remaining coverage term.
2. What Is Not Covered
- ① Abuse, intentional damage, unauthorized modifications (e.g., opening waterproof seals), or misuse.
- ② Damage from natural disasters, war, or third parties.
- ③ Improper operation or use in non-specified environments.
- ④ Cosmetic wear (scratches, fading) and consumables (batteries, remotes) unless listed.
- ⑤ Damage during transit, pests, or foreign objects.
- ⑥ Products with missing/altered serial numbers or disabled safety features.
- ⑦ Unauthorized or unapproved service outside the Canada.
- ⑧ Manufacturer recalls or inherent defects already covered by Sylvox warranty.

4. Fees & Refunds
- Price: 8.5% of product price for 2 years.
- Cancel within 30 days (unused) for full refund; no refund after activation or service use.
5. Sylvox’s Cancellation Rights
- Non-payment of renewal/installments.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or commercial misuse.
- Parts unavailable (60-day notice & pro-rata refund).
6. Key Terms
- If the same issue occurs 4 times (after 3 repairs), Sylvox will replace or refund (excl. tax).
- Replacement inherits remaining coverage.
7. How to Purchase
- During order: select “Yes – 2 Year Extension”; certificate sent in 24h.
- After delivery: available within 30 days with product photos & condition approval.
